EMF's Work in Rwanda
Emancipation Fellowship Ministries (EFM) is honored to be invited by Dr. Nathan Chiroma, Ph.D., Principal of the Africa College of Theology (ACT) in Kigali, Rwanda, for a visit in the summer of 2025. This invitation underscores the strong relationships and shared mission between Emancipation Fellowship Ministries and educational institutions across Africa. The visit promises to strengthen academic and spiritual bonds while offering an immersive experience in Rwanda’s natural beauty and resilient spirit. A key highlight will be reconnecting with Serge Gasore, an Abilene Christian University (ACU) graduate and 1994 Rwandan genocide survivor, who has established a children's home in Rwanda. This home provides care, education, and hope to many children. The visit to Africa College of Theology will include discussions on collaborative projects to support theological education and foster spiritual growth in Rwanda. Emancipation Fellowship Ministries will conduct workshops and lectures covering leadership, community development, and practical theology, aiming to equip future leaders with the tools to effectively serve the nation of Rwanda.
